Its not that we do not know about the benefits of walking and jogging anymore, its just that we are becoming more interested in the cyber world these days that we tend to ignore the real world.
Fortunately, there is an easy way to stay healthy and that is good old exercise. Not clicking the computer mouse and bending the fingers to hit the computer keyboard cannot be considered as exercise. Hitting a few buttons on the computer keyword hardly burns a few calories a day. To stay healthy and fit, we need to get out of our chairs and walk or jog.
